At TYMO Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your styling tools, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your item is in its original packaging, includes all accessories, and is within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your TYMO device to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
